Really disappointed and hurt about this for the men's program

WTF... why am I hearing this on a message board vs the beat writers of which get paid to cover JMU athletics?

Relax, I bet Bourne doesn't even know yet. This guy is obviously a close friend to guy(s) on the team and finds out immediately.

Who is suspended again?

His body language at the end of the Towson game was horrible- completely defeated. I'm sure it was discussed and I get the feeling that Andre doesn't respond as well to suggestions/ criticism as most coaches would like. Just a theory.

the question is---is this a "suspension" or just another "missed game" to get his sh*t together. I view them as one and the same, but I know other people will argue differently.

Love him as a player. Seems like a good guy too. But he's got to grow up and get his **** together and realize what a ridiculously privileged opportunity he's being given. This ain't high school anymore.

Pretty sure it's the get your **** together suspension, either way I'm 99% sure he it's something to do with Nation and UNLESS SOMETHING CHANGES BETWEEN NOW AND TOMORRROW is not playing as of now.

People can go ahead and yell at me for posting this, but I'm just frustrated at the lack of control the coaches have over the program, and I guess I'm just voicing my opinion and frustration.

For those who think I am a manager or know someone on the team you are wrong.
I just keep an open eye and ear for this stuff, most things I don't post on hear because I think they either are irrelevant or are locker room talk. I post what I think are things that we should all be worried about as fans, also post good things when I hear them.

well, it's interesting that you are hearing these things before many people down at the school, sometimes in extremely soon time frames from when these things are occurring.

not sure where you are getting your info from, but I'm not sure I'm buying that you don't know someone or are someone close to the program.

I could care less what you do or don't post however no need to lie about not knowing the team. You are obviously friends with players or at most 1 degree of separation especially if you know "locker room talk". Either that or maybe the first male cleat chaser, which again, I could care less if you were.

If true...once again, another scenario where someone on the team is leaking rumors to some guy that can't wait to post it on the internet. Message boards aren't the best place to air dirty laundry and I am sure if anyone on the men's basketball staff knew who your "source" was, they would make sure that person is no longer part of the program.

Why are you all giving him a hard time? Either Nation is suspended or not. If it turns out that he is, then Barker just got the scoop before everyone else. If it turns out to not be true, then bust his chops.

It's obvious, he's suspended for skipping English class...

Nick Sunderland got the confirmation from Matt Brady. Nation suspended indefinitely.
