With all due respect, all you have to do is change the wording slightly to reach a completely different conclusion. This test was clearly designed to solicit a particular answer, and not REALLY address the issues or complaints of anyone but the more extreme position.... in other words, to try an make people with reasonable objections out to be bigots.

What Liberals ignore in this sort of thing is that people like me often argue AGAINST positions we personally hold dear, because the job of government is NOT to take the most popular opinions and make them law.... which is what virtually every liberal position (including gay marriage) does.

You liberals obviously didn't get the point of 'the star bellied sneech'

Some conservatives didn't either, but I don't think I've seen ONE well known liberal willing to accept 'civil unions for all'.... choose one, and only one 'partner' for your personal assets and affairs, regardless of whether or not you're having sex.
