Thanks. Those are some huge legs for a guard! Obviously he didn't stop training legs to improve his 3 point shot like our guys did lol. Put a pair of horses like that on a center in the post and getting to the rim around him would be like trying to move a brick wall.

Most of those guys didn't weight train at all back then. They ran a ton but didn't weight train.

Johnny Neumann was a Memphis TAMS player...........& signed an ABA contract that kept him in the NBA for a number of yrs after the merger.

Spectacular genetics. Textbook mesomorph. I don't know how one could develop that much muscle mass without anaerobic exercise.
