Apparently the mother and her daughter got into a fight where the mother slapped the daughter. The police were called and began to question the man and ask for his ID. The man then got "combative" and 5 officers pinned him down. http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/26/justice/ok...ath-video/

I see no reason for the man to have died.

Before the ambulance arrives The man appears to be dead or unconscious for several minutes and the cops didn't do a thing to at least try to save him.

And one of the links quote the police chief as saying he didn't see anything wrong. 5 cops killed a guy and nothing will happen. Meanwhile, the mother will go through hell because she slapped her daughter.

This is reminiscent of Gestapo tactics. You don't use force this way when it's totally uncalled for. You don't put people in uniforms to keep peace who aren't able to remain peaceful when stressed.

Unless there's more behind this than reported/seen, these guys should all be severely punished, and the wife should be recompensed (as much as is possible).

Coincidentally, my hometown city core population is about 58,000. There are around 100 police officers. I think the Kentucky average is about 2 police officers per 1,000 residents. I assume it's much like that in most states, possibly more in larger urban areas.
