So much for the belief that the Constitution was written based on the Bible.

I've never heard that the Constitution was written based on the Bible. I've heard that it was based on the foundation of Judeo-Christian ethics (aka...brotherhood, civil law, equality, etc.), which is an entirely different concept.

That's different? Ok, how about "the Old and New Testament"? Better?

Not really, that's still the Bible. The Bible is a document (a very large document) but Judeo-Christian ethics is a cultural philosophy.

It is only a preliminary injunction, leaving in place the ban. Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott was expected to file an expedited appeal.

Funny, was the constitution amended in the last couple of years, because until then, the bans were always upheld?
