Conference Title Races (Feb 25th)
I'll admit to not paying much attention to non-Big Ten basketball until March, but I like to look through these stats and with only a few games to go, here are the title races in many of the conferences look and my fairly uneducated guess to the outcome.

American
Cincinnati 13-2 (@UConn, vs. Memphis, @Rutgers)
Louisville 12-2 (vs. Temple, @ Memphis, @SMU, vs. UConn)
Southern Methodist 11-4
Memphis 10-4

Odds are probably 95% that one or both of Cincinnati or Louisville are champs and neither SMU or Memphis are. I'm giving a light edge to Cincinnati here given 1 fewer game and a little easier end schedule left.
Prediction: Cincinnati as outright champs

ACC
Virginia 14-1 (vs. Miami, vs. Syracuse, @Maryland)
Syracuse 13-2 (@Virginia, vs. Georgia Tech, @Florida State)

Syracuse will probably be favored over Virginia, but Virginia is going to have a lot easier time winning this outright.
Prediction: Co-champs Syracuse and Virginia

Atlantic 10
Saint Louis 12-0
Saint Joseph's 10-3

St. Louis has 4 games left, but this is all but over.
Prediction: Outright championship for St. Louis

Big 12
Kansas 13-2
Iowa State 9-5
Texas 9-5

Prediction: Kansas isn't loosing out. Kansas outright champs

Big East
Creighton 13-2 (@ Xavier, @Georgetown, vs. Providence)
Villanova 12-2 (vs. Butler, vs. Marquette, @Xavier, vs. Georgetown)

Creighton has given Villanova both of its losses, but lost to St. Johns and Providence. This could definitely go either way.

Prediction: I'm going to say they both drop 1 of their last couple games and finish co-champs

Big Ten
Michigan 11-3 (@Purdue, vs. Minnesota, @Illinois, vs. Indiana)
Michigan State 11-4 (vs. Illinois, vs. Iowa, @Ohio State)
Wisconsin 9-5 (vs. Indiana (playing now), @Penn State, vs. Purdue, @Nebraska)

Michigan has already beaten Michigan State twice. Wisconsin beat Michigan State and lost to Michigan

Prediction: Michigan losses one more, but Michigan State losses at least one more too. Michigan finishes as outright champs.

Conference USA
Middle Tennessee 11-2
Southern Miss 10-3
Louisiana Tech 10-3
UTEP 10-3
Tulsa 10-3

Prediction: Middle Tennessee wins outright. They have one game vs. a top team left (Louisiana Tech) and that will determine a lot.

Ivy League
Harvard 9-1
Yale 8-2
Columbia 6-4
Brown 6-4

Prediction: Winner of Harvard/Yale wins league. I'll say Yale as they already beat Harvard at Harvard.

MAC
Toledo 11-3
Western Michigan 11-3
Buffalo 10-4
Ohio U. 9-5
Akron 9-5

Prediction: Western Michigan wins it. They look like they have been fairly good lately.

Missouri Valley
Wichita State 16-0 (outright champs)

Mountain West
San Diego State 12-2
New Mexico 12-2

The season ender is New Mexico @ San Diego State
Prediction: San Diego State become outright champs

PAC-12
Arizona 12-2 (vs. Cal, vs. Stanford, @Oregon State, @Oregon)
UCLA 10-4 (vs. Oregon, vs. Oregon State, @Washington, @Washington State)
Stanford 9-5
California 9-5

Arizona is up by two games, but has the harder schedule left.

Prediction: Arizona beats UCLA by one game

SEC
Florida 15-0
Kentucky 11-3

Prediction: Florida as outright champs

RE: Conference Title Races (Feb 25th)
I know you are a B1G fan and so as an old school B1G fan winning the conf. is a huge deal....but fyi, half the people don't really give a dang about winning the conf anymore. Your team is judged by what you do or don't do in the ncaa tourney these days. Sad, but it is what it is. A team can win their conf tourney and if they get knocked out in the first round, they had a "bad year". It started being this way about 15 years ago....

Let me illustrate:

Team A:
Wins their P5 regular and conference tourney but loses in the second round of the ncaa tourney.

Team B:
finishes third in their P5 conference and loses in the first round of their conference tourney but goes to the Elite 8 in the ncaa tourney.

In today's world: Team B had a great year, Team A choked and the year was all for not and the fans are mad.

just sayin'
