The Duck Commander Independence Bowl!
This now exists.


It's not quite as good as being the "Poulan Weedeater Independence Bowl", but it's still good (and very North Louisiana).


If Oregon falls off and starts posting some 6-6 or 7-5 seasons, they need to make a deal to get Oregon to visit.

The ACC will be obligated to fill that bowl prior to BOBB and Birmingham. It falls in the 7-9 spots. In the past, Independence paid more than Military. When the ACC can't fill all the spots, it goes by pay-outs in filling the bowls. So if tradition holds, Indy will probably pay more than Military and Detroit. I doubt the SEC ever goes to this bowl, so the AAC or CUSA will probably be the other side.

I certainly hope so! I like bowls that I can easily drive to (ie, within 300 miles).
