From where I was sitting, in the club levels directly behind them, they explained what happened before and the Ref got a big laugh out of it. I think they had some signs they were going to use but I couldn't see them.

I kind of know him, and I would bet you are right.

just don't tell these people where he graduated from.

That would be hilarious and would guarantee we would get the attention of all the national talking heads. Of course that would also probably mean we will get 9,000 technicals called against us before the game begins.

That would be epic. Has it ever been done before?

I'm pretty sure Al LaRocca can wear any shirt he wants. I'd like to see the officials or anyone else try to tell him what he can and cannot wear.

My ad gripe here: Seeing stuff like those fans is fantastic. The atmosphere in a close game tonight was nearly fantastic- but kept getting gutted by either a dance routine to loud obnoxious non collegial music or the advertisement barrage- instead of a focus on cheering and portraying fans like those above.

But- one of the parachute t-shirts landed in our section so that took a little sting out of the Chuck Hutton now it is time to cheer for your crappy non beef-y t-short toss instead of having the band and the cheerleaders and the strippers get you excited about- the game.

I assume you're talking about the vulgar dance moves of the Pom squad. If so, I agree. I wouldn't want my daughter involved in that.

Sometimes it is like going to supermarket grand opening, instead of a basketball game.

More fans as referees would definitely be cool:
