Ok i have sat back long enough and listened to the same ol people complaining and complaining about this and that.....Here is some real TrUeTh.....Josh and Staff since taking over for what Coach Cal left us with, has been building it back up.....Finding the right players, to fit the system he envisions for Our Program, and which gets tweeked here and there, but all coaches have gone through this once learning on the job......Some guys in his classes have worked out and some like Dj, and others have been good surprises.....Now he is eyeing the 2015 and 2016 classes and him and staff have been after the 2016 class for 3 years now.....He has the plan and the Building blocks....We are good, not super great yet but really good when we are on, better conference, and class of 2015 and 2016 lined up with what we have coming back and as well as whats coming in from 2014 and you can see, Josh and our Tigers are making a Full Blown Recovery from Coach Cal leaving years ago......Something don't happen over night, But Heading into Next year and Beyond with what we have, what we have coming in, and guys in the class of 2015 and 2016 and, Guys like Penny, and Buzz working the AAU here now some, and Yeah Coach Cal and Coach O gonna make visits, because they too See what Josh and Staff are About to do, and that means we can Forget about him as much and finally move on.....We are on our way to doing just that and we will......One Dream, One Team, Memphis.....All for one, One for all, All for Memphis....The World Is Ours Memphis....

I bleed Blue and Gray, Heck I love Our Tigers... .So tired of People talking bad or down on a Future Star in the Coaching ranks....Coach cal took 5 years, Listen to that again and let it sink in 5 dang years to get it going......On his way out the door he blew it up and set it off almost like a death Penalty....Josh took the job as others step away......DK was asked but because of Cal, he declined.....#TruEtH....Now Josh has a plan, and a vision, and learns fast from mistakes.....But Listen when i say this, He Mastered the recruiting part long ago.....He has his plan and vision and using the building blocks.....We got a really good team, Most are coming back, Pookie and Markel RS and what he has coming in for 2014, then 2015 with Skal and K J and then What he and our staff been licking their chops on for 3 plus years now, and thats the 2016 which is loaded and MEMPHIS READY.....Look at his recruiting class with Joe Jackson, well Joe is Joe, Will Barton had a great second year and would have been better in year 3 had he stayed, Tarik doesn't get it still and not even at KU, So the building blocks were good, but not were Josh and staff want them yet.....Now you got Shaq, Austin, and he has King and Iverson and Dom learning.....Markel and Pookie RS and all should be back next year.....Then he has Dominic Magee, Avery Woodson, Terrell Burrell and those guys in 2014 class to add to the ones coming back.....Then in 2015 HIm and staff add Skal and K J Lawson, now watch out you got REAL GAME CHANGERS......And then Their best Prize of all in the 2016 Class and has Even Coach CAl and Coach O taking notice, and Know it's Memphis Ready.....Side note even Coach Cal had he stayed would be looking at that 2016 the same way as Josh and our staff are ok......That's Putting a program on the map right there......Josh can hang with anyone, and I mean Anyone on the Recruiting curcuit and thats some Real TrUeTh.....One Dream, One Team, Memphis....All for one, One for all, All for Memphis....The World Is Ours Memphis.....
