I do not notice what Edminston, or Whineburger, or Rainman, or any of the local radio hosts state about Memphis or not.

True, but Pastner is especially odd in his interviews. It's one thing to throw out generic strategy talk, e.g. we can't keep turning the ball over, we have to get in passing lanes, we're getting beat on the glass, etc. It's another thing to say things like "The NBA is like...the NBA! Eddie Jordan has won 300 games in the NBA! Did you know the NBA is elite? Eddie Jordan won 300 games. He's fantastic. The best coach of all time. He was in the NBA! ENERGY!!!"

I guess people have to find something else to criticize.

Yall give him a break, winning is hard.

I don't care what he says in interviews, I just want him to have the team prepared to perform. He needs to have a decent showing in the tournament, because despite what the sheep on here think, he hasn't shown he's a top level coach.
