They beat us last year 12-1.

I'm digging in deep on my Bulldog son in law. Rock was his pitching coach at State.

Most of my many Mississippi relatives and in-laws are Bulldogs. I defended last year's lop-sided loss by claiming that our entire bullpen (which I had bragged on) was down with the flu. Naturally, this year, I was quick to say that Coach Rock had the team take flu shots.

Thanks - I think you will see that losing to Memphis won't look all that bad, either, when "all is said and done". Did you follow State to Omaha last year? I will crawl up there on my hands and knees if necessary when Memphis finally makes it to the CWS.
