It just means that it comes in bulk and that you have to dilute it to get the best results.

It also makes me suspect that the new national championship trophy might be sponsored by Mary Kay.

The story mentions something important, though. The AFCA trophy will be awarded by a vote, not automatically to the winner of the CFP. Not mentioned here - the CFP will have a new trophy that will be awarded to the team winning the playoff.
