You are in a big money conference and that is it. No history today; no history ever. enjoy. Cincinnati has basketball to look forward too. You have nothing.

Football programs aren't changed overnight. Kliff is trying to instill a winning attitude with HIS players. He had to run off a few that bought into the pine box 9-17 loser way of life.

Now that we got rid of one of the worst coaches in our history, I have no doubt that Kliff will fix that problem. That being said, no matter how many insults you throw, cincy will always be on the outside looking in. No one wants you, no one needs you and the biggest school in your state won't give you the time of day unless its a warm up game to prepare them for tougher competition.

Enjoy the aac. You guys belong there.

sure...and the really hilarious part is you guys wouldn't finish within 20 points of Cincy so not sure what that about your POS bball program...guess that means you would belong in the what, mo valley?

I still think a Texas Tech fan talking smack in either football or basketball (esp basketball) cat's arse....you can't write a better script than that.

I really can't wait for the day when your current football coach is still not winning and he will have been there too long to make the excuse that he is "building things right". LOL

Just curious did pine box have depends on after he crapped himself against UNC in the Belk Bowl?

Kliff wants to give the depends guy a beatdown but cincy is scared. The AD that just ran out on you said no thanks. He was smart enough to bail before pine box took him down.

As far as bball goes, I sure hope you guys don't choke once you play tougher competition.

Why haven't they been pimping SMU? Possible NCAA tourney bid in how many years?

this team has played tough competition...it's a senior laden team that played in the old big east. We had seven wins last year vs the top 25, more than any other team in the nation, or, to put it another way, seven more wins vs the top 25 than your program has had in the past how many years?

Also, the latest power index has the American as the #3 rated conference. To be fair, it's not the old big east, but you are acting like it's chopped liver and to the end you are either intellectually dishonest or you haven't done your research. Since you're from lubbock and root for Mullet U I will assume its both.

IMO it would depend on whether they were playing in Dallas or Lubbock.

Cincinnati
NCAA record: 43-26
Final Fours: 6

NCAA App.: 27

Out of curiosity, I took a look at some won-loss stats to further compare the two:

TT
Total Seasons (1926-Present): 86
Total Wins: 1,265
Total Losses: 1,010
Win %: .556
Total Wins Since 2000/01 Season: 229
Total Losses Since 2000/01 Season: 220
Win %: .510
Total Wins Since 2009/10 Season: 64
Total Losses Since 2009/10 Season: 93
Win %: .408

Cincinnati
Total Seasons (1902-Present): 113
Total Wins: 1,669
Total Losses: 968
Win %: .633
Total Wins Since 2000/01 Season: 303
Total Losses Since 2000/01 Season: 158
Win %: .657
Total Wins Since 2009/10 Season: 117
Total Losses Since 2009/10 Season: 52
Win %: .692

Clearly, both programs are trending in opposite directions.

He did a lot with what he had, but didn't succeed in recruiting the type of players you need to go far in the NCAA tourney.

And if you can't recruit to UK, you can't recruit to TTech.
