Maybe he's in New York on the Jimmy Fallon Show or could be Hollywood is calling.... He may have finally found his nitch.....

Wherever Melvin is, please stay there! Flashes have done well w/o the big man these past few games.

I think KK can help this team. Ever since he loafed on D against CSU (Bryn Forbes steal for a lay-in) it seems he has been in Sendy's dog house.

Melvin and KK won't see much/any time unless we get desperate. First, Sendy has shortened the rotation, which IMO was needed. Second, KK is a pain in the a$$ and Tabb doesn't bring much most of the time.

I've never been much of a KK Simmons fan, but it sure would be nice to have Tabb back for at least Akron to body up against Treadwell.

At the last home game, on our last possession with the shot clock off, KK pushed the ball and passed to an open player on the baseline who blew a bunny giving CMU one last look prior to half. Sendy, in a voice/tone that I could tell indicated KK has had trouble listening yelled "KK, last shot". The look on KK's face said he was tired of being yelled at and Sendy had the look of being done yelling. Maybe innocent looking enough at the time, but piecing things together, maybe the staff or KK have had enough of each other.

Watched the game and can not take much from it, mainly because MU is only a shadow of a D1 team. I would love to have the big man, but as a team, they have miles to go. After getting past the fact that they are absent a lot of talent, they just do not play with effort on many possessions. We have had that problem but we are getting much better. I would like to see MU better in both FB and BB for the MACs sake. This is not the MU that I used to know.

Nice to get the W, I'll take them every time, but thank goodness Brewer was unconscious from 3 point land as was Manley and a couple from Jackson or it would've been another nail biter.

It looks like we have a good chance for a 1st round home game now. Probably need to win 3 out of our last 5 to get there.

I was surprised not to see the end-of-the-bench guys in there at the end, but I understand if Kent State has to focus on getting the first 8 working good.

All nonsense aside this is a good one. i guess my only question(s) is where are Melvin and KK?

I wasn't the one who said we were horrendous. That was a Miami fan dismissing us. I made the comment that we were so horrendous this year that we were tied with Miami. I like to hoist them on their own petard.

I have to question the coaching down there. We were basically taking practice session 3's all night--relaxed, wide open shots. How can they let us do that over and over and over?

Dominating performance tonight in an important game for both teams. No doubt who the better team was. Miami is a mess.

ha. i know that axeme! just taking a job at whoever that guy was.
