Women vs. WMU
A very nice 57-48 win on the road. They outscored the Broncos 21-4 during the last eight minutes of the game. This was their best conference win in two years. Good to see. Their pressure defense is starting to build an identity and seems to be helping. At least some sign of improvement the last few games.

Don't know for sure. But I know 2 of the four points they scored in the last eight minutes was just after the 8 minute media time out so close enough.

Congrats to the KSU Women for getting the W. They are now 5-18 overall and 2-10 in the MAC. We will see if they continue to improve over the last 6 conference games & the MAC Tournament.

I just saw the play by play. They gave up 4 in the last
10:27 and 3 in the last 7.

A couple of Daily Kent Stater stories:

The writer is in my Beat Reporting class. He has come a long way but still has a way to go. Sort of like a freshman guard.
