Q: What if anything did Syracuse do last year when the aircraft carrier game had to rescheduled? Weren't there some fans who were unable to make the new date? I'm sure they also asked for a refund...

I don't blame him, I would have been mad too.
Dook didn't play the game because the food service people that prepare their pre-game meal couldn't get in because of the bad weather to have the meal ready at 5:00.
Dook wouldn't play the game because the players couldn't eat on time? Or because the meal had to be prepared by special chefs? They could have stopped at McDonalds or Chic-fil-A on the way to Chapel Hill from Durham.
I would ask for more than $827.
