They really should fix this whole rotating home team thing for next year's tournament. Rice is the top seed and they seem to be the visiting team way more than they should be, which is zero times.

Rice wins the CUSA Tournament Championship 11-5 over UTSA. ODU's NCAA ticket appears to be punched now!

I think we needed Rice to win today. Just from the way other conference championships have been playing out.

FWIW, which is surely not much, I have found two updated regional projections.

Chasing Omaha has ODU as the 3 seed in the Talahassee Region along with FSU (1), Alabama (2), and Jacksonville St. (4).

College Baseball Central has ODU as the 3 seed in the Miami Regional along with Miami (1), Alabama (2), and Bucknell (4).

We will know soon. It might be nice to avoid UVA until reaching the Super Regional; then again Charlottesville is an easy drive, and the Monarchs have had a good experience vs. the Cavaliers this season.

Chris Finwood and the team inviting fans to join them at University Pizza tomorrow at 11:45AM for NCAA Selection Party. I have been to both the football ones and the last basketball one. Lots of fun and very exciting to be a part of!

I have never seen a game end that way. Unreal. Our pitching really got hurt when we had an 0-2 count to their hitters. That loss in the 1st game of the regionals is an absolute killer!
