Do you have an example? I can't think of one.

I know this is unusual, but for a fan base that would need to be statewide anyway, I think this might work here. I think the real trick would be getting the revenue from the suites right, and having two arenas to work with might actually help.

UofL is hell bent on not losing suite revenue to an NBA team, and I am sure UK would be the same way. But splitting it between two arenas might solve the problem.

The Boston Celtics used to play 3-4 home games a year in Hartford, but I'm not sure how long that lasted.

Long enough for the Celtics to figure out they were losing money by going to Hartford, and not one minute longer.
