Here is a list that contains 11 offers that we have put out already for next year.... Never go by ESPN standards for recruiting.

RE: 2015 Recruiting Thread
Williams is one of Missouri's top 9 talents per Rivals.

NIU is well stocked at QB but the state of Kansas is loaded at that position in 15 with 2 nationally ranked (top 20 dual threat & pro style/rivals) and a 3rd who is getting interest (if not offers) from WMU & Miami(Connor Lungwitz).
Rivals has 65 QB's ranked at 5.4 or above nationally, only 12 in the 12 state MW region and 6 of those are in Kansas & Missouri.

It would be nice to snag Dre Brown and Flynn Nagel for this next class. Two highly ranked players from DeKalb and the Chicago area.

WMU literally offers every 3 star and 4 star prospect in the country. not a bad tactic

Toledo does too. This is the "Throw enough crap against the wall some of it has to stick" method of recruiting.

Great way to get a highly rated recruiting class.

Great way to actually recruit? Not really.

I'm not a DeKalb/Sycamore guy, but if Dre Brown goes to a MAC school and it isn't NIU, I'm gonna be pissed.

Or the throw enough _hit at the fan, some may be enough to short it out? That was Zook's type at Illinois, and HELL, it worked for a bit!

He seems to be only getting offers from Big Ten and MAC schools as of now. (It's obviously still early in the process)

I would not be surprised if he ended up choosing NIU if the quality of programs that are currently offering him stay the same. I'm assuming some better Big Ten and lower SEC/Big 12/Pac 12/ACC programs will be on the hunt for him soon though which will obviously take him away from us.

No, a lot of times Toledo is their first offer. This is because the # of players going through Toledo camps and UT staff involved at camps at UM and OSU.
