We can't feed the world without it. But we've spent millions of years on a diet of fat and protein and only about 100 years on a majority diet of carbohydrate. Anybody who has taken a low carb diet to great success knows the results of both of those diets.

If you guys read the article, you'll see that it's talking about giving babies soy milk and such, and that after puberty, it's not as effective. It was just an article, and the writer lists 76 references for his data. Remember how eggs used to be great for you, then they were horrible for you, then they were great for you, then they would give you enough cholesterol to clog your arteries and kill you?
