I guess it was a feel thing
Geron Johnson, our best defensive player, left the game with 16:19 left in the game, and did not return. It worked this time.

He was in danger of losing his cool after a couple sequences. It was a good move.

Chippy? How about sucky.

Sometimes he's just a liability when on the floor. Jacking ill-advised shots, etc. Not to mention the voices he talks to constantly.

OP, i'm just curious as to whom do you think Coach should have sat? Nick King, M. Dixon, Joe, Chris. I'm not tryin to bash you just trying to find your thought process on this.

I'm fine with the decision.
Just didn't realize it until I watched the reply.
Why does throw an elbow every 3-4 games?
They could have called a flagrant on him too.

Ya, I love his fire but it had got the best of him last night. He made a nice finish over the big guy, then gave him a cheap forearm, then starting trying to play one on one. He got out of control and it was absolutely the right decision by JP.

He was plays with toughness and fire and sometimes it just gets the better of him. The one last night was weird since he had just made a nice play over him.

K, I was just curious, but even with this it goes to show how difficult it is for a coach to please a fan base. Once Coach found the right mix of guys for us to make our run, what if he HAD pulled Nick for G and then G started jacking up ill advised 3's, the comments today would have been, why did he pull_________, we had it going and he pulled him out, he just can't coach. It's a job that you would have to have thick skin and the willingness to stick to what you believe, even in the face of criticizism.
