26 -12 Tiger run......
.....after Joe's block. Pastner said Nick was a huge spark after acknowledging the assistant coaches suggested to make the change and put him in. He also said that the team philosophy was to do whatever it took to prevent the Zags from hitting the 3's. Joe told the team at the 15:00 mark they weren't going to roll over and after that he got the block and the rest is history

Pastner is one of the rare coaches in the country who praises and give credit to his Assistants

The block was when it was 42-31. Hell, it was a 52-43 after that.

After joe's block, it was only 12-10 Memphis. Memphis went on a 17-2 run to end the game.

The Dixon missed layup and rebound and kickout for three is was really changed the momentum.

Dixon's energy and refusal to give up had a lot to do with us winning.

You are right but the importance of the block was more about stopping what had happened up until then. From the start of the second half they were taking it to us, especially in the post. The block was more about stopping their run than putting us on a big run.
