Better Than Expected
This conference is looking tougher. I think we could see a year like when we won with the winner having 4 or 5 losses.

RE: Better Than Expected
We could seed anywhere from 3-last this year.

RE: Better Than Expected
After losing the last two, we have virtually no shot at the double-bye. The good news is only the 10-15 seeds have to play on opening day, and there's a really good chance we finish no worse than 8/9 right now.

RE: Better Than Expected
As usual, the conference messes up the better teams. These teams at the bottom of CUSA who play like a HS team in the OOC schedule start figuring things out and playing stronger in league play only to hurt the chances of some of the better league teams based on the OOC slate.
It is our job to take care of business, but I sure wish these teams like ECU and FIU would do something OOC. Thank goodness ECU will take their stinkage out of here after this year.
USM survives last night by 3. MTSU survives scare at FIU to win by 2. That is the difference between UAB and the top teams at this point. The top teams consistently find a way to win the close ones. UAB only on rare occasions wins the close ones.
