RE: Fan Game Experience
I've never understood why we don't try to bring big-time basketball energy into our pre-game and lineups.

I think our lineups are great now...with the lights going out and rap music.

RE: Fan Game Experience
It's part of the complete fan experience we've all talked about that ETSU has overall lacked the last 20 years, and particularly the last ten. I've heard it's gotten better.
Again, ten years worth of pissing off students, fans and alumni won't rebuild itself overnight. It'll take time to regain trust and interest, and of course winning will help. It'll be nice though that ETSU will hopefully have in place the in game frills to keep fans engaged and entertained.

I haven't been to a game since I moved away so obviously they've changed some things. Good to hear.

RE: Fan Game Experience
Ummm...so the "DJ's" are an old audio engineer and a Director of Marketing? So essentially they are just talking about two guys who are doing their job and making it fun for people who are showing up NOT BECAUSE OF THE MUSIC but because UTC is winning?

From what I read they are not doing anything different than anyone else across the country, but maybe that is just me.

RE: Fan Game Experience
I'm just concerned that ETSU's attendance is not what it used to be and certainly not at peer institution Chattanooga levels. ETSU is winning....but I think the brand is stale. Seeing Chattanooga get 6000 while the Bucs are hovering around 2K hurts.

RE: Fan Game Experience
I get it and completely understand but Chattanooga as a city is growing and Johnson City hasn't changed all that much. There are just a ton of factors but if you win, which ETSU eventually will win in quantity again, everything will return to normal.
