He could mean that UALR isn't good enough for them to transfer to.

What the heck does that mean? Are they bringing in someone better? They have several senior guards who are graduating, are they going to get an extra year to play at Hendrix? Their players aren't that bad individually- they just don't play as a team or have any direction when the game is on the line.

They need guys who don't get to exhausted to accept an NIT invite.
