Rutgers might cover because 15 is a huge spread but there is no way they beat us at home.

At home, I think 15 is reasonable vs. Rutgers. Apparently, the oddsmakers and betting public feel that way. Personally, I wouldn't bet it, b/c we're too inconsistent, but I understand the line. At Rutgers, it would likely be around -7, or less, for us right now, I'm guessing.

What do you see in a 13 loss Rutgers team with an 0-6 road record and 7 home losses which includes double digit home losses to the likes of Drexel and William & Mary that says "it wouldn't shock me if they won"? Thats not realism, that is frustrated stupidity.

Just checked. We opened at -16. Now down to -14.5, so money has been moving to Rutgers at that spread.

The spread looks innocent, until you remember that Pastner will not let them score with under a minute left. There's no way I would touch that line, unless I was certain of an early 30 point lead. So it may not be money moving to Rutgers as it is no money is coming in on Memphis. If that is what's happening, then the line may drop down further, and when it gets to -10, things could get interesting.

I still wouldn't bet the farm. It would just be interesting.
