Need recommendations for plumber to replace clay pipes in yard
You know, the typical Memphis root-clogged clay pipe ordeal that many homeowners eventually face in older homes.

I had it done a few years ago. I know who NOT to call because RotoRooter quoted me a ridiculous price. I used a friend of a friend, guy-and-his-two-sons deal, and it worked out, and I saved $1500, but I want to refer someone more professional but moderately-priced to my brother. He has already had a $5000 estimate, and his house sits back about 50 feet from the street.

Suggestions? Thanks in advance, guys and gals!

I used Cook Plumbing when I built my house and could not have asked for better service. These guys have been around for over 50 yrs for a reason. They are mid town located and have plenty of experience. Cost is something I could not tell you. Sure don't want to use anyone that is here today and gone tomorrow on a job like that.

I like culpepper in Bartlett - just used them for a broken pipe. I had a very good plumber that I used for everything but he suffered a major heart attack and passed so I went through all the major companies till I found culpepper and had a good experience.

Greenway is very hit or miss (mostly miss)
