Yes. There is one issue that a majority of powerful liberals and conservatives agree on in America, even if they do not say it publicly.

They all want lots of campaign money, and so they too want less campaign finance regulation. This will continue probably for the foreseeable future as long as the Democrats and Republicans are in power. They want to win, that is a constant.

Obamacare. Libs and Conservatives both think it sucks, just for vastly different reasons.

I would say immigration. That's an issue that cuts both sides. Our immigration policy or lack thereof is a head scratcher.

Immigration today is GREAT for the chamber of commerce and Democrat politicians. Everybody else????????????? I don't think so.

Conservatives and Liberals are both equally unclear on the Libertarian stance on abortion.
Actually Libertarians seem to be unclear on that issue as well.

^^^This^^^. They only disagree about who to give the money to. Not the fact they are giving money away.

The NSA spying in us seem to have both sides up in arms.

Obama pulled the chicken switch on Iraq, Afganistan, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Iran and Israel.

Pick an issue to be correct on libs and we will have agreement.

The American educational system must improve

I would say "energy independence" from foreign nations. They just disagree on what it would take to get to that.

They agree that they hate the other side.

This is universally true. Everyone always hates ("hate" is a strong word, I prefer dislikes) the other side. See Ukraine situation as a prime example. Ukrainian peoples, mostly EU-positive, against the ethnic Russian minorities, obviously EU-negative.

Hate is a strong word, but in general so are their feelings and emotions about the other side.

Common core could be one.

I have friends with kids in school that far right and left that see it as bad news.
