Sounds like she laughed because he played well and gave all the credit to God instead of himself and his team.

That doesn't mean she's an atheist...lots of Christians find praying for sports bad form.

Admit it, you are just pissed off because this man tries to follow Jesus Christ and his life has turned out successful. In fact, the vast majority of successful people I know are either Jewish or Christian.

Wait, this thread is about a liberal supposedly mocking a christian. Who do you think is outraged here, the supposedly mocking liberal or the fundamentalist christians pushing this nonstory, as she clearly wasn't mocking him, as evidence of an attack on their religion?

The responses have gone from 'DON'T MOCK HIS RELIGION!' on the right to 'i think it's pretty silly to thank god for a sports game' on the left, with a whole lot of 'well, she wasn't mocking him' in the middle. Your entire post makes absolutely no sense.

Because you atheists are always on your missions to convert the rest of us. You think because you feel you don't need Jesus Christ, then nobody else needs Jesus Christ... and whenever somebody noteworthy thanks Jesus Christ, it sends you in a tizzy and you are quick to raise your hand everywhere and preach that s/he did not in fact need Jesus Christ. Then you misrepresent Christianity and this man himself by claiming he thinks there is some being in the sky controlling the outcome of a sporting event, therefore trying to make all people who need Jesus Christ into nut cases. Consistent pattern.

Except no is in a tizzy besides you two, and if you think what occurred in that interview was evidence of an atheist conspiracy, you need to up the dosage on your meds.
