These are what we actually wore in basketball in junior high. By the time I got to high school we had leather Converse hi-tops.

I saw some at a store the other day and tried them on, I see "kids" wearing them. I chickened out but I like the look.

I wore the converse leathers till they got too hard to find. Would still buy them if I knew where to get them. If not, will stick with my New Balance from Bass Pro.

I still have a pair of low blue converse from the 90's I wore pretty much all through college. I can't bring myself to get rid of them, even though I haven't worn them in years.

Hell Chucks were all we had, back in the day. I did wear Puma, and Converse Leathers my senior year. I preferred the Puma. I've been an Adidas guy for many years.
