KL, I go back to the mid-90's and the TAAC days. College of Charleston was running things, and we made the Tourney for the second time in '96 as an 8-18 Team during the Regular Season, running through the Conference Tournament at Stetson. CofC was good enough for an At-Large that year.. Wow!

Thinking back to that time, if you would have told me that in less than 20 years, UCF would be playing in a Conference with three programs that have previously won National Championships, I would've laughed.

The Journey has been, and is, the fun part. 04-cheers04-cheers

I got back just a little bit further...mid/late 80's...when UCF just made the jump to Div I Hoops...played home games in the Education Building Gym. (Yes, I am now on my 3rd UCF on-campus arena/gym!).

To think UCF would be playing schools like Cinci, Louisville, UCONN, Temple, etc...at home...never would have believed it back then (or even 20 years ago).

Journeys are many times hard....and LONG...but if diehard fans don't support the program all the time, especially when things aren't going your way...then who would? (Program would just die).
