I'm not expecting a win; I didn't see the focus from our players against UCF that we'll need to beat SMU at home. I hope I'm wrong, because we can cling to second place in the conference with a win, but SMU is a tough team that plays the kind of basketball that gives us fits.

On a positive note, their PG is tiny, and the 4 Kingz usually flourish against smaller back courts.

They are undefeated at home but have really only played 1 good team, UConn at home. They have only played 3 teams with winning records.

I've had this one chalked down as a loss since the beginning of the season. Not that we can't win, but a hall of fame coach with a decent team on the road at a place where we traditionally struggle even against bad squads just doesn't seem like a recipe for success. But stranger things have happened.

We beat SMU and their HOF coach by 8 points last season at SMU. We found a way to win despite shooting just 29.8%.

I think that we will win by 1 to 3 points. Nail-biter all the way. I think the team was coasting against UCF and looking towards the matchup with SMU. I could be wrong however ...but I hope I'm not.
