Great to see someone from a BAD team make it with America's Team.

RE: Ron Leary
He had a pretty good season on the most high profile team in the league. He's got the best young LT in the NFL playing next to him and a darn good rookie C on the other side. Hope he can stay healthy b/c this has the potential to be a good OL for a long time. Wont be "Great Wall of Dallas" good, but still pretty good.

As a Cowboy's fan I watched Leary a lot this year and he played well. One thing that stood out to me was that he rarely made a mistake and I don't recall seeing one penalty called on him.

This kind of news helps with recruiting. HS players need to see that UofM can provide a path to NFL. I would imagine us making a bigger deal out of this. Maybe Clinton McDonald can give some love back to the program if Seattle wins Super Bowl. Any positive press, is good press.

I'm getting football fever in the middle of basketball season. Again. Did the reverse with basketball during football season. Nice to love both.
