Obama initiative being obstructed in Senate...again
Harry Reid refuses to consider "fast track" legislation, effectively blocking Obama's signature trade bills with Europe and the Far East. Legislation that would have job creating benefits.

Reid says no to simple "up and down vote with no amendments."

Funny Reid changed Senate rules to get "simple up and down vote" on judges. Funny Reid has blocked every single Republican amendment attempt to a Senate bill in this congress.

Actually I'll say this is a "plus". If they were to fast track legislation, there would be NOTHING that anyone could do to stop bad legislation.

This is one I think Harry Reid got right.

This isn't on every bit of legislation. Only trade agreements.
