21 UMASS and 24 Ohio State both lose to unranked teams...could help UCONN's chance at returning to the Top 25 (assuming they get some sweet revenge at home against Houston). 04-rock

Louisville is a 9.5 point favorite? That seems quite high. Could turn out to happen who knows but I would have thought it would be much closer to a pickem.

Let's talk Louisville/UC...

It's better for the conference race and those trailing in the standings if Louisville wins. However, Louisville is on their way out of the conference, while UC is more "one of our own."

Who will everyone be rooting for?

It could be a very good game but that's around what I expected. Justin Jackson is a game time decision, and even apart from that most rating systems have UofL higher. Sagarin has the Cards as a 6 point netural court favorite and adds 4 points for homecourt as an example.

Yep. Exactly the same, IIRC.

If the game were played in a park cincinnatti would blow them out, but with the cards needing their first win against a ranked team. I expect the refs to make sure cincy isn't allowed to establish an inside game or crash the boards. Will be frustrating to watch, but louise gets the w.

ha ha what? You've got Aresco figured out. You must have seen that secret directive sent out to league officials ordering them to help out departing schools.

I'm rooting for Louisville. Cinci needs some losses in conference. When it comes to basketball season, conference building is second to UConn staying in the race for the league title.

UConn better take care of business tonight against Houston though.

Most Memphis fans, including me, can't make up their minds who to pull for tonight, UC or UL. If they were TIED in the standings, it would be easy. 03-lmfao

I was unaware Jackson might not play. In that case I can see that spread.

Jackson has now been cleared to play. The spread dropped a half point to UofL -9 now.
