Any chance you can summarize? I dont subscribe. The feeling I got last fall was we needed to worry about Oregon and Penn St. Now it seems VT is in the picture a little too. Other than his consideration of those schools, ODU seemed to be his place, and maybe even if those guys offered.

I will start with saying that the younger Wilder comes across as extremely well spoken for his age and very methodical. Not surprising considering his stock.

Anyways, Wilder talks very highly of the program. He mentions that he will go to camps at VT and UVA this summer. If his forty time is fast enough (which he believes it will be), he will get an offer from both schools and will get more traction with the other power schools he's interested in.

Talks about how some schools want him on D and others on O (FWIW, ODU is looking at him as an LB). There is a lot of focus on academics on his part in the interview, which is always nice to see.

His list is essentially all of the close ACC schools (Duke, Wake, UNC, VT, UVA), Maryland, Penn St., Vandy and ODU. He's also received interest from Richmond but there doesn't appear to be mutual interest there. Oregon is not mentioned.

I'm leaving a lot out but it's a good interview and gives you a good idea of the likelihood of him playing for his dad.

Per his tweets, Old Dominion is showing interest in Damon Small, 6-2, 217, TE/WR, 2015, Bayonne HS (NJ) strong with good size.

Last week the Old Dominion Monarchs extended an offer to three star safety prospect James Gibson (Chantilly, VA/Westfield).

I think it is a little early to start a 2016 Football Recruiting thread, but found this interesting that we have already offered this 2016 player from Landstown.

Old Dominion became the first school to extend a scholarship offer to rising junior Jermaine Trotman.
