Jonathan XIV accedes to the throne
It was just a matter of time before the mascot changed to match the logo (Siberian Husky vs. White Husky).
Now all that's left is to update the costumed mascot that appears at the football and basketball games. Won't be long now.

Probably tied for my favorite live mascot with Reveille. Obviously, Stella is in another category since I'm biased :)

05-nono

Our mascot is much more cuddly and that's all that really counts.

But our mascot is the only one that has ever killed another. And kicked Bevo to the ground. And mounted Texas Tech's horse. And used TCU's midfield logo as his personal bathroom

Bulls, Knights (Golden and Scarlet), Tigers, Mustangs, Bearcats, Owls, Cardinals, Huskies, Cougars

I am thinking in a royal rumble where you have one of each, the tiger, cougar or bull would win. Bulls are strong as hell and could smash a tigers (or cougars) rib cage with ease. But only if the tiger or cougar doesnt get to his throat first. Even then I dont think a cougar is big enough to take down a bull but a tiger could if he can hang on long enough to choke the bull out. Would be an interesting matchup.

But in terms of which mascot I want sitting on my lap, it's not even a contest.

Look how cute that husky pup is... 03-cloud9

A giant hurricane size Green Wave would just wash them all away.

Peruna has already won several encounters with Bevo - Texas' longhorn bull - and won them all.

A few years ago, Texas Monthly put this chart together:

But yes, if the question is "which mascot do you want as a pet" - give me that UConn dog!

I love live mascots. Especially dogs.

Smokey is my favorite by far:

Our "live mascot," if you can call him that, comes out at the beginning of games. Kind of strange to me but whatever.
