A questionable use of the Executive Order
FDR used an Executive Order to intern 110,000 Japanese Americans.

I expect there to be a forthcoming Executive Order that allows for
the arbitrary or selective application of Executive Orders.

Andrew Jackson used executive order to remove thousands of Indians from all states east of the Mississippi.

Good thing it was only Southeastern indians because I wouldn't be able to get cheap gas and cigarettes in New York today if the Iroquois had moved.

Actually, many tribes from the north ( Great Lakes area) were also removed. I guess the Iroquois were spared because they had already had a long standing relationship with colonists in the area.
