California is facing rationing on water use due to significant lack of Sierra Nevada snow pack.

Unfortunately for Californians, the green people have been able to introduce water usage polices that, amongst others, protect the 3" smelt. Because of the concern for the little guy, up to one million acre feet of water, that could be diverted to parched Southern California, is dumped into San Francisco Bay. Other projects to build reservoirs and expand damming have been blocked by the greenies.

Sen Feinstein and Boxer, who supported the greenies just 2 years ago, are now saying that the federal government should "exercise their discretion in regulatory decision-making within the confines of the law to deliver more water to those whose health and livelihoods depend on it."

VDH predicted that the city folks would start changing their minds once restrictions started impacting them.

They just move away and inflict their ways somewhere else. That's what happened to Maryland, Virginia and now North Carolina. It's just a matter of time.

We already knew they were mentally ill, now they're going to let their base of voters perish and have only thmeselves to blame, though I assure you they'll blame a republican.
