Northern Illinois @ Kent State
A little copy and paste job:

Their strength is rebounding. NIU averages just under 40 boards per game which puts them in the top 40 nationally. Their leading rebounder, 6'6 wingman Darrell Bowie, is also their leading scorer (9.6 ppg, 7.4 rpg). Hopefully Derek Jackson will be all over him. 6'9 center Jordan Threlloff and 6'7 forward Aksel Bolin also pull down about 5 rebounds per game. KSU's front line will obviously have to bring it and limit NIU to one shot when they have the ball.

What the Huskies don't do very well is score. If Kent State can bring a couple of hot hands they should be able to outscore NIU. You've gotta like Kent State's chances if they can hit 70, something that Northern hasn't done much this season. What the heck, heres a prediction:

and for burden:
Kent State 71
NIU 55
Four Flashes hit double figures.

I'm watching. Obviously didn't make the Cleveland to Kent trip but watching. And the truth is, thank goodness NIU is TERRIBLE. Because KSU is only a little less TERRIBLE right now.

To me, it looked like we expected them to call their final timeout when they saw how we lined up. When they didn't and we inbounded the ball to Brewer, he was going the wrong way and just didn't get going. Not a very good evening all around.

I'm not defending what happened. Just saying what I saw. There is no excuse for not having something better drawn up.

If we are going back to the early 90's basketball can i petition to go back to college to? 12 beers at Rays, Gyro Bob and a $ 3loft pizza and a monster fountain pop to cure the hangover sure do sound great!!

The sad thing is they come out of nearly every time out with really no plan or design.

Seriously though, how long does Sendy have on his contract? I know it got extended when he won 20 games his rookie year on the hands of Justin Greener.
