RE: Who will represent the G5 in the Access bowl next season?

Has anyone pointed out that the Poll Title is "who will be the best", but the thread is on who will represent the G5 in the Access game? I am not sure they are one and the same.
With Marshall's out of conference schedule, and the new teams in C-USA, I like Marshall's chances at an undefeated season and hosting the C-USA championship (no way Rice, UTSA, or North Texas emerge undefeated in the West). Pencil Marshall in at 13-0.
Will the MWC have an 11-2 team, or the AAC a 10-2 team, that could beat Marshall? Probably, but two losses will keep them out of the Access game.

No. Playing two FCS teams should keep you out on principle alone. I'd rather play a one and done at LSU than have another FCS team at home.
Two FCS - whose the other one besides URI.

Boise State does not impress anyone besides MWC cheerleaders. And that is only because they sold their souls to the devil.
Would never think beating Boise would be more significant than beating a solid Ole Miss. But, no denying the success Boise has had. Reminds me of Gonzaga in b-ball. They have become a team to beat at this point. That may change if they fall on prolonged hard times which I don't see. They have won with many different players stepping up over the years, not just one or two really great players (see Carr and Keaton). As for selling souls, there are a lot of programs that are going to regret some of their financial decisions when the college funding bubble burst. It is simply not sustainable in the direction it is heading.
I agree with your last sentence.

Gotta play Ohio on the road....
Ohio sucks.
Ohio has gone to 5 straight bowl games.
Last time NIU came to Athens they got the smack down.

I think he was referring to Houston, who still has a slot to fill, which will likely be filled by a second FCS team
