we'll see, I guarantee you someone is trying to figure this one out. The NCAA has been scared of this for the last 4 decades, hence the invention of the term "student athlete".

People can try all they want. It is, what it is. Title IX is a direct response of getting cash from the federal government. Nearly all schools accept it, whether it be student loans, grants, etc.
I agree with you Squid that people are working on it, However I do not think that any institution will turn down fed money for football money. In the long run, it does not make sense fiscally or legally.
We will see.
