Actually, the LBGT folks self segregate. They want to pick and choose their bathrooms, sports, etc.

Saying marriage is a civil right (SCOTUS did that, not me) does not mean the black civil rights struggle is the same as the gay civil rights struggle...but their both civil rights struggles nonetheless.

After his death, Coretta Scott King was a frank, direct, and consistent supporter of every single Gay rights metric.
