Jerica What's Her Name?
#22 for FIU Women's Basketball...Damn!!! She came into Bartow Arena this past Saturday and put on a show for the ages...I screamed for a "Triangle & Two" or "Box and One" on her, but, UAB insisted on playing her man-for-man, only one that was able to stay relatively close on her was Ashley Grimes. This lady torched UAB for 37 points. I'm thinking her last name's "Coley", and thank goodness she is a senior.

Hard to believe FIU's overall record with her on their roster. She was fun to watch, congrats on the win, Lady Panthers. WNBA doesn't call her name on draft day, they're gonna get some unhappy tweets from me! I think I just witnessed the best female basketball player in Conference USA yesterday. Any differences of opinion?

Yes. Her last name is Coley. The sad thing is that Coach Russo is coasting to retirement and never managed to put good complimentary players around her. She is a star. go F I U!

You've had some very good players around her in the past. Tall Europeans that could shoot.

I always thought it might be more of a chemistry or language barrier at FIU. Lot of different nationalities on the team, that is for sure.

FIU has seemingly always played us tough, though, winning several.

I've never been so glad to see a player go. Coley single handedly killed us. I saw that your team is certainly living up to your name. Yesterday, I saw players from Latvia, Bosnia, England, Serbia, Russia, and two from Hungary.

The "Marathon Man" & I sat courtside and watched this woman single-handedly assassinate our team's defenses. Even the officials calling the game were awestruck at times by some of the moves she put on out there on the court. Damn! I hope the Atlanta Dream drafts her so I can see her play regularly. She was on a different level from every body out there, even some of our fellow Blazers fans were just 04-jawdrop watching this woman go off on UAB like she did, and on TV, no doubt!

#HoleyColey is impressive. She holds almost all the records at FIU and is extremely humble.

Coley is special. She and Rowe are probably two of the best players the SBC ever saw and are dominating CUSA play.

MT usually has success against FIU, I think our guards Dow and Jones (both frosh) will be able to guard her well. Excited about the FIU game this year.

Rowe has said that she and Coley are good friends.

We recruited her-- we she would have come to MT.

Excellent, excellent player.

What is she and Rowe were on the same team 04-jawdrop

We might have had Connecticut-esque success. FIU lacks good interior players, with Coley we'd have had an inside domination and an outside domination. Damn, what could've been.

Last time I felt like that, was when Geoff Hodge played for South Alabama. He made it his mission in life for 4 years to just 03-nutkick UAB every time they played each other. The way Coley played on Saturday, definitely put me in mind of Hodge's tormenting of the Blazers men's team.

Are they playing Southern Miss? I just thought of something, USM has a player that has similar traits on the court, her name escapes me, but I ain't lying, if time and circumstances allow it, I'll drive to Hattiesburg to see that one! Damn! I wish the conference tournament was in Birmingham this year! (nothing personal, El Paso! ) ;-)

Jamierra Faulkner. She is so silky smooth on the court. Quick as a hiccup, and extremely fast also. Tremendous ball handler whose shot has improved over the years.
