If it was standard language, then why didn't Obama & Co fix it when they wrote Obamacare? I mean, they seemed to thought about taxing tanning salons and made sure all of the BS in O-care occurred after elections. Why didn't they think of this? Were there no gay advocates in the room when the law was written?
