Track & Field Results - Texas A&M meet (January 18)
Both teams competed (with a skeleton crew) at the January 18 Texas A&M meet, with some very nice results:

McKenzie Johnson, a sophomore, won the women's pole vault (13' 2.5"), and Chris Pillow, a junior, won the men's pole vault (17' 1.5").

Other individual winners were junior Claire Uke in the women's shot put (53' 11"), and junior Justin Gross in the men's long jump (24' 4.5").

Additional nice efforts (in a quality meet):

Heather Olson (SR.) was 8th in the mile (5:00.18); Belle MacFarlane (SO.) was 4th in the high jump (5' 6"); Alicia Janke(SO.) was 6th in the pole vault (11' 5"); and Australian freshman Daisy Ding was 6th in the triple jump (39' 4.5").

Sophomore Harry Sagel was 5th in the mile (4:18.20).

Both teams will next compete in the Howie Ryan Invitational and Multis (Friday, January 31 and Saturday, February 1) at the University of Houston.

Some nice results. How many of those marks were PR's?
