McGee and Callaway (and Haase for that matter) were introduced before their contracts were formally approved by the Compensation Committee. That is basically a formality, they'll already have approval from the Chancellor on what they can or can't pay.

1. Clark wants to meet with his team in person...unlike McGee.

2. There won't be a presser announced until he does this.

Roughly 10% of Saban's new salary, as I expected.

I do expect a resolution to the stadium to happen soon. Downtown Birmingham is a much better place for such an investment now rather than two years ago. The baseball stadium is a huge success and probably helps public opinion more than anything.

I am more optimistic about the $tar$ aligning this time around for some reason.

That's a nice, small town. There are actually some small, laid back towns in the Jefferson/Shelby Co. areas ,if he wants to stay in the country. The traffic to work might be bad, but I imagine he gets a jump on most people.

That's a lot of money for a guy coming from FCS. I'm still not 100% sure that he is the guy though.

If that is the figure, sometimes you protect that which you think is valuable or may become even more valuable.

I suspect the associated buyout will be up there.
