Looked like there were a few hundred La Tech fans there on television. Is that accurate?

Kudos to USM too. USM had a nice crowd today......and pretty loud at times too. I thought this game today reflected VERY WELL on CUSA.

I was at today's game and like many other USM fans have said already....GREAT turnout for La Tech today. It was probably the 2nd largest turnout for a visiting team in the last 15 years with Memphis easily being first and UAB being very close to you guys. Glad to have you in CUSA and best of luck the rest of the way (unless we meet in the conference tourney)

On a side note...this is outstanding considering last year 3 visiting teams COMBINED brought less than 10 fans. To keep this from becoming a smack topic I will not say the 3 teams but they had 2, 3, and 4 visiting fans come to Hattiesburg.

Reed Green has 8,000 seats in a pie shape of 18 sections for an average of 444 per section. The section occupied by most of the Tech fans was about half full, wasnt packed and had USM folks in the upper seats. Probably 200-250 dogs in the house.

Watched most of the game and was thoroughly entertained. Great turnout by USM fans and a fine showing by La Tech fans. Reflected well on the conference.
