We were running late, so we didn't make it to Fatty's but did get to drive around campus a bit. I was a little surprised when I walked in and saw all those seats pushed back, but I thought the atmosphere was good. I went in expecting something similar to past trips to EMU, but it was much better than that. I had some nice conversations with NIU fans before during and after the game as well.
Also, I saw someone mention they sold out of GA tickets and wouldn't give students any extra. I find this interesting because when I bought my tickets, I requested a reserved seat by the Ohio bench, and the girl didn't know how to sell the reserved seats. She told she could just sell me GA tickets. The guy at the next window showed her how, but I wonder if there were other people who bought GA tickets like that.
Best of luck the rest of the season.
My God, will the ticket office EVER improve? This has gone beyond embarrassing.

Yikes! I might go Saturday. Should I get my tickets through Stub Hub?

Go to the ticket office, tell them that you are the son of President Obama, and ask for your free ticket. Of course, it will have to be GA.

No matter what your ticket is you can still pretty much sit anywhere you want, other than the season ticket area. Still lots of empty seats in the lower bowl all the way around the stadium, even for the Ohio game which was a little more full than some others.

Better not sit in my seats! I get extremely upset when that happens and I often cannot control my rage. One time at a women's game, I slapped an 85-year-old woman with my glove. Trouble is, she was 6'2", 225 lbs., and she decked me with one punch. She told my wife that the next time I slap her, she will roll me into a ball and stuff me through the hoop. I can't believe how violent some of these basketball fans get!!
