Troy baseball stadium is nicer than UAB. Regions Park does not belong to UAB. The Barons are being nice enough to share it with UAB.

Neither does it belong to the Barons, and Brian Mackin is on the board that oversees Regions Park.

Who said that? I don't think anyone would be against a Legion Field replacement partnership with the City. I don't want it to be another 70,000 seat cave, though.

I hope you mean football only, and it was pointed out earlier that athletics means more than football.

Our basketball is every bit as nice if not nicer....

It's a nice little gym. Nicer than Bartow? No.

If Legion Field counts as our home stadium, so does Regions Park.

And I've been in your basketball arena... And I think ours is every bit as nice hair not as big

By his logic, Troy has better football facilities than UCLA because UCLA doesn't own the Rose Bowl.

Why would that matter? We play in it, it counts as our facility.. it's what we recruit with etc.

It's not, I don't think troy has anything near as nice as our new locker rooms, players lounge, coaching rooms, etc.

I can't believe we're arguing over which political subdivision of the State of Alabama holds title to a piece of land. In the end, they're all (Legion Field, Movie Gallery Memorial Stadium, Regions Park, the flat spot in Old Hillclaw's pasture where Troy plays baseball) owned by the same people.

Why can't you answer yours?

Nobody owns Regions Park. Regions Park is called the Hoover Met.

If we play in it, it doesn't matter who owns it. Regions Field is a few blocks from Bartow Arena, so it's on campus. I didn't realize there was anything wrong with Young Memorial Field either.
